1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the software solutions, mobile apps, AI integrations, voice-based services and related technologies (“Services”) provided by DG Soluciones (“we”, “us”). By accessing our website or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using all Services.

2. SERVICES
DG Soluciones provides IT development, mobile applications, AI-powered integrations, voice-to-text, voice control, and subtitling solutions. We will provide the Services with reasonable skill and care. Delivery times are indicative unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. USER OBLIGATIONS
You agree to:
• Provide accurate information and materials.
• Ensure uploaded content is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights.
• Not upload content that is offensive, unlawful, harmful, or includes malware.

Keep login credentials confidential.

4. CHARGES AND PAYMENT
Pricing will be shown in quotations or within the platform. Payment must be completed within the indicated deadlines. Services may be suspended in case of non-payment. All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights related to our software, AI models, interfaces, voice-processing technologies, documentation, and branding belong to DG Soluciones or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or distribute our technology unless expressly permitted.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties must protect confidential information shared during the provision of Services and refrain from disclosing it unless required by law.

7. DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)
DG Soluciones complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish data protection laws.
Personal data will be processed only to provide the Services, under appropriate security measures.
You confirm that you have the right to provide any personal data that you upload or transmit to us.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, business interruption, or issues resulting from incorrect or unclear user-provided content.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific Service associated with the claim.
Nothing excludes liability for negligence causing personal injury or for wilful misconduct.

9. SUSPENSION & TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.
You may request termination at any time, but payments already due remain payable.

10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Málaga, except when consumer regulations require otherwise.
